The website uses browser local storage to remember whether you selected the light or dark theme. The storage key is devstar-theme, and its value is either light or dark. This preference remains on your device until you change it or clear your browser's site data.
Local storage is technically different from a cookie, but we describe it here because it stores a preference in your browser. The theme preference is not used to identify you, advertise to you, or track you across other websites.
3. Private content editing
The public website and its content editor are separate concerns. Authorized Devstar Studio editors use a private self-hosted Payload CMS administration service. Authentication or session storage used by that private administration service is not part of normal public browsing on devstar.studio.
4. Third-party services
This website can link to browser extension stores, product websites, GitHub, checkout services, and other third-party destinations. Those services may use their own cookies or browser storage after you visit them. Their use of storage is controlled by their own policies, not this Cookie Policy.
